Tales From The Mancave | Little Red Wagon

Little Red Wagon

Recently I ordered a little red wagon for when we have family outings to the beach / dunes / moors.
Just so we can bundle all the boys stuff in and just head off and on the way home it acts as a form of transport should one of them be a little tired.
Well it arrived today and I got thinking that maybe it would be wasted on the kids.. It might have a better life as my work wagon. With the adaptation of a flash bracket or two I could mount the umbrella on the chassis to the right height and have a portable off camera flash wagon for beach shoots.

Sorry boys. Looks like you just lost out.

For anyone interested here’s the set up shot.

  • John Starns - Great idea Matt, everyone should have a little red wagon! You are going to buy the boys something else to make up for it though?ReplyCancel

    • Matt Fryer - Um, yeah probably but more than likely they will have full use when of it at weekends.. Kind of like joint custody.ReplyCancel

  • Andy Rapkins - Want! Great idea Matt.ReplyCancel

    • Matt Fryer - Cheers mate, and for the price it was a bargain. Ron from Beljam has one too and he is going to be making a different top to go on the chassis, maybe one with a lockable lid or one with lightstand straps on the outside. The possibilities are endless.ReplyCancel

  • greg thurtle - That looks awesome! My son would love that buggy!ReplyCancel

  • Robert Whetton - cool idea! i will be stealing this idea as i’ve been looking at getting something to carry my stuff in for location shoots!ReplyCancel
